A Sentimental Journey
A Sentimental Journey moves between emotion and elegance – music that whispers, plays, sings and sometimes pauses for a moment. An intimate dialogue emerges from the rich colours of the traverso, harpsichord, cello and two violas da gamba. The music exudes lightness and freedom, but also touches the heart – as if every note wants to say something that cannot be put into words. Works by Telemann, Abel and C.P.E. Bach reveal a world in transition: from court to salon, from formal splendour to sensitive detail.
